- For Whom: Open to everyone of all ages and fitness levels. No prior experience is needed. (If you have specific injuries or special physical needs, please contact us ahead of time so we can accommodate you).
- Duration: 80 minutes
- Time: every Thursday 14:30
- What to Bring: Please wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to move freely.
