The Philosophy of Integration

Far before integrative medicine entered the mainstream, Pascal recognized that the physical body, the emotional system, and the mind function as a single, inseparable unit. This realization led to the development of Integration Through Movement, a concept designed to help individuals reclaim their awareness and cultivate well-being through somatic education.

A Background in High-Performance

Pascal’s approach is informed by a life of diverse, high-level discipline. With a background in engineering, he spent 15 years as an international sailing athlete and over 20 years in the industrial business sector, including eight years as a top manager overseeing business units in China. This unique blend of technical precision, athletic endurance, and executive leadership allows him to bring a grounded, practical perspective to the world of holistic health.

Somatic Expertise & Artistic Expression

In 2012, Pascal pivoted his career to focus entirely on human potential. After studying Gestalt psychotherapy, he became a certified Feldenkrais Method® and Esalen® Massage practitioner. Since 2015, he has been sharing his expertise through workshops and training sessions throughout France and China. His work is further enriched by his practice as a Butoh performing artist and Contact Improvisation dancer, exploring the boundaries of movement and expression.

Leadership in Wellness

As the Founder and CEO of KAIKIBU, a Holistic Wellness Center in Kunming, Pascal established the first platform in China fully dedicated to Somatics and the Feldenkrais Method®. He is also the creator of Integratis™ Massage, a modality that synthesizes his decades of study into a cohesive therapeutic practice.
