A Feldenkrais® ATM lesson often works so profoundly that we hear participants exclaim, “That’s magic!” But this “magic” is actually the result of a precise logic, tailored to communicate directly with the nervous system.

It is a system that can be learned, mastered, and eventually, turned into an art form. If you want to move beyond simply “following” a lesson and start understanding its DNA, this one-day intensive is for you.

There is no mystery that cannot be deconstructed. In this workshop, we bridge the gap between being a student and becoming a strategist of movement. You will learn that teaching ATM® is a delicate balance of rigorous science and creative intuition.

Using iconic lessons taught by Moshé Feldenkrais himself as our laboratory, we will explore:

• The Structural Blueprint: Understand the “skeleton” of a lesson—how it starts, how it builds, and why it concludes the way it does.
• Intention: Learn to identify the “hidden” goal. What is the brain really learning behind the physical movement?
• Meta-Themes: Discover the underlying themes that give this practice its unique savor and and real-world utility.
