After being an international sailing athlete for 15 years, Pascal, with his engineering background has worked in the industry business field for more than 20 years including 8 years managing companies in China as top leader.

After studying Gestalt psycho-therapy, in 2012, Pascal decided to give a new turn to his life and became Feldenkrais Method® practitioner as well as Esalen®Massage practitioner.

He is certified by the Feldenkrais International Federation and Esalen Institute of USA.

Formerly international sailing athlete, he has always been involved and deeply interested in body mechanics and body care. Helping people to enhance their awareness, for better well-being, is a key part of his work. Far before integrative medicine became popular he understood that physical body, emotional system and mind are ONE and must not be disconnected, neither must not be considered separately. That’ s how he came up with his concept of Integration Through movement.

In addition to his career and his involvement in the field of somatic education, he is a Butoh performing artist and a Contact Improvisation dancer.

He is the founder and CEO of KAIKIBU, Holistic Wellness Center located in Kunming.
