As long as we are alive, we are vulnerable to injury.

We can’t get around the facts of life, but we can prevent many injuries and recover faster from others by moving better and by having a better idea of our diversity of our possibilities.

By moving efficiently, you are less likely to get injured because you can take the strain off overworked muscles and joints before they get hurt.

When we are moving easily, we feel more balanced and adaptable to the world around us.

If you do get injured, the small and gentle movements of the Feldenkrais Method® are a great way to recover in a way that feels safe.

Rehabilitation and recovering from injury is a long process which involves both mental and physical body responses.

With our programs you will learn that your body has no further reason to protect your healed injury with pain.

Using innovative ways of mobilizing the resources of your central nervous system, with Feldenkrais® based movements, we will help you overcome the stiff, sore and rigid movement habits that often develop as a response to an injury.

In our classes inspired from Feldenkrais Method® or our Esalen®Massage sessions, we will help you to find easier, freer movements that will give you confidence that you won’t hurt yourself and will recover quicker.
