From Inside Out
You have probably heard the sentence: “From inside out”, referring to the ability our inner world has to express towards the outside, to become the expression of our potential. Both used in some spiritual practices and psychology schools.
With Inside Moves and Feldenkrais Method, we explore this fundamental pattern of our body being organized for action. Action means movement, but also thinking and emotional reaction.
Unconsciously our inner world, both physically and mentally is always internally in movement, ready for action that’s the way our nervous system is adapting to the environment, keeping us safe.
Those inner movements are what make us who we are.
Building a better awareness of those unconscious movements from the inside, is surely a track towards change; whatever it is to ease pain, feeling better or interact in a more consistent way with others, but most importantly becoming more free.
This is an holistic way to look at health and well being.
