Inspired from the Feldenkrais Method, a set of soothing movements to release tensions in chest and shoulders.

Soften the chest and the whole body through breathing, let it slowly become as light as a balloon. The rhythm of breathing, the rise and fall of the chest makes the spine and back more and more relaxed, and at the same time, the opening of the inner space makes the breathing more and more smooth, half an hour before bedtime, so that you can put your body and mind back into place, and fall asleep easily.

Relax your back and spine, then cuddle up and fall asleep.
