So the question isn’t “Sitting or not sitting?”, but the question is “Where can I find peace with gravity in sitting?”

A comprehensive course to improving movement and enhancing well-being, both “for” and “in” sitting.

In this workshop, with the guidance of Pascal, senior Feldenkrais practitioner, we take you you to delve into your personal sensations to help you unlock the secrets of comfortable sitting.

Through gentle, mindful movements and awareness practices, you will discover how to release tension, improve posture, and cultivate greater ease while sitting.
Inside Moves classes based on Feldenkrais Method®, offer a unique perspective on movement education, focusing on quality rather than quantity. By exploring subtle movements and refining awareness, participants can reprogram habitual patterns that contribute to discomfort while sitting. Through this process, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of your body and its potential for effortless movement.

During the workshop, we’ll explore various sets of movements, designed specifically by Pascal, to address common issues associated with sitting.

Whether you experience stiffness in the lower back, tension in the shoulders, or discomfort in the hips, these lessons will provide practical tools to enhance your comfort and well-being. By learning to move with greater efficiency and coordination, you can transform sitting from a source of discomfort to an opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation.

As well, you will learn practical exercises you can do in sitting, wherever you are.

Moreover, the Feldenkrais Method® emphasizes self-discovery and self-care, empowering participants to take an active role in their own well-being.
