You only need a few minutes a day to feel the lasting benefits on your body and mind.

With movement lessons lasting just 20-25 minutes, our series offers a quick and focused approach to integrating the powerful principles of the Feldenkrais Method® into your busy daily life.
We get straight to the point, focusing our time on essential and effective exercises to improve your posture, relieve tension and increase your ease in everyday activities.

Lessons are meant to be very practical. Some are even designed to be used in your daily living spaces: office, public transportation, street, bedroom, kitchen, etc…
Others, can be used in the morning, and are particularly effective for getting the day off to a fast start, and eliminating muscular tension linked to the long period spent lying down at night.
