Becoming a certified Integratis™ Massage practitioner involves a comprehensive 200-hour training program designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and sensitivity required to practice this unique approach to massage.

The program emphasizes the integration of body-mind awareness, the art of fluid touch, and the importance of self-care and ethical practice. Below is an overview of the training modules:

  1. Basics and Fundamentals

    • Objective: Introduce the core principles of Integratis™ Massage, with a focus on integrating different parts of the body, body-mind connection, and the interplay between mental and physical awareness.

    • Key Learnings: Foundational techniques, philosophy of integration, and the holistic approach that guides the practice.

  1. Flowing Strokes and Fluid Movements

    • Objective: Develop the skills to perform smooth, continuous strokes and fluid movements that are central to Integratis™ Massage.

    • Key Learnings: Techniques that promote relaxation, integration within the body-mind, and the creation of a seamless flow to support the client’s journey towards balance.

  2. Dynamic Integration

    • Objective: Explore the dynamic aspects of Integratis™ Massage, emphasizing movements that enhance flexibility and body-mind coordination.

    • Key Learnings: Techniques including slow, deliberate movements, gentle joint mobilization, and integrative stretching to encourage the release of tension and promote the client’s awareness of their body’s interconnectedness.

  3. Meditative Integration

    • Objective: Provide a thorough grounding in the structure and function of the human body.

  6. Self-Care and Professional Resilience

    • Objective: Ensure the well-being of the practitioner through proper self-care practices and resilience strategies.

    • Key Learnings: Techniques for maintaining physical and emotional health, body mechanics, stress management, and building resilience to sustain a long-term practice.

  7. Ethics and Legal

    • Objective: Instill a strong understanding of ethical practice and legal responsibilities.

    • Key Learnings: Ethical considerations, client-practitioner boundaries, legal obligations, and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.

Certification Process: To achieve Level 1 certification, trainees must complete all 8 modules, participate in hands-on practice sessions, and demonstrate their skills through practical assessments. Continuous feedback from instructors and peers ensures that each practitioner is prepared to offer Integratis™ Massage with competence and care.
