In other words, one can&#8217;t move without the other.<\/p><p>This part of the spine where the ribs are attached, corresponding to the thoracic or dorsal vertebrae, is often not used enough in our daily or sporting movements.<br \/>It is often insufficiently integrated into our neurological movement patterns for emotional reasons.
