What I offer are tools that awaken sensation and reflection, allowing for a more natural alignment with gravity \u2014 a key that opens the way to a presence conducive to prescribe a supposedly perfect posture, but rather to help everyone gain a better understanding of the biomechanics of the hips and knees.<\/p><p>This way, each practitioner can find a position that is both comfortable and conducive to deep and effective meditation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element imprinted in our posture. This positioning of the pelvis plays a key role in how we stand and move.<\/p><p>Although this position can be adjusted to some extent, the goal here is to find an alignment of the pelvis that harmonizes with gravity. Such alignment allows for free and natural breathing while minimizing unnecessary muscle tension.
